I am looking for somewhere to host my website that preferably has a website builder online (although this isn’t essential) that must have no ads on the page. I am not bothered about the address of the website (I have my own address to use).

I was thinking about registering a domain name, and i wanted to know what kinds of things i should know before i proceed.

I know XHTML, CSS, and a bit of Java Script, but other than the actualy site should i know any kind of encryption or security practices?

You are entering a field which has a lot of risk unless you do your work well.
Most sellers listing themselves as "manufacturers" are not. In fact, most are foreign trade offices working out of a small office or their home. Many even go so far as to have agreements with factories to show the customer "This is my factory! "Caution must be taken if you really want to do this work. If done right, yes you will make a lot of money.
