   Depends. Are you good at HTML. I make websites with html, and the best program (IMO) is Notepad. To get paid, sell some advertising space.

   Hmmmmm. Well I would use Bluevoda. Easy to use. But to make money out of it you will have to provide something or get paid to put advertisment on your site. the "provide" something would be like a service like a dating service, or like a gaming service, or you could provide products like cosmetics, games, movies, etc.

   It all depends on what you want to do for your website.

   (Im not sure how to use blue voda to have people set up a paypal to your website. But i know it can be done)

   Easiest way: build website for someone else, either as part of firm (employee) or contractor (self-employed).

   Most difficult way: build your own and grow it. Because it is a business. If you have NO IDEA how to run a business then there’s no point in going any further. Having the right tools and skills means NOTHING if you can’t run a business.
