I want to build a website with dreamweaver but copy the design from an existing website on the web?

I want to build a website but copy the coding of an existing website on the web to help produce a design. Is it possible. Does adobe come with some sort of software that will let you copy a websites HTML coding from page source and paste it in adobe to edit.

That is copyright infringement.

    easy
    1. go to site in firefox.
    2. save the page as whatever you want to name it.
    3. open it in dreamweaver.
    4. delete the other person’s content
    5. put your own content where the other person’s was
