building a online store under $20.00 a month?

i am looking for a REAL site that will let me build a online store for under $20 a month. i am just starting a business online and ca’t afford a hefty bill, until i get rolling. thanks in advance for all your help!

    You can sell things on ebay and you won’t have to advertise to get people to know you. Many people use ebay and although fees can get annoying, it is worth it.
