My mom wants me to help her build an online store but I dont have a clue how.?

My mom wants to sell her vintage stuff online. She wants to set up a store for her online. I don’t have a clue how to do this. I know she can use ebay.com or craigslist.com but she wants to make it a business. Does anyone know of a free site? And does anyone have any advice on how to go about this??
She doesnt want to use ebay or craigslist and she doesnt want to pay cause she is not sure how well this will de

Your first step is to buy the domain, 8 dollars on the site i use www.RackWire.com they will be able to provide almost ANYTHING you would need to start up your site including hosting.
Personally, I used zen cart for the shopping cart on my site, was easy to use, and intuitive. http://www.rackwire.com/appmarket/#zencart is a link to a one click install and purchase of the application.

Unfortunatley, I am unaware of any way to do this completely cost free, you can reduce your costs if you are an advanced web programmer, and know how to code the cart and site on your own.

    either contact ebay.com

or talk to her website provider if she has one
because they need access to a website to do anything!!

    Buy a domain.

    Purchase hosting.

    Install Zen-cart.

Total cost: $20 for the setup. $5/mo after that.

EDIT: It can be done for free, but it’s not going to look as good. It will also negatively affect business.
