have you tried contacting the trading assistants in your area? Some of them might have a lot of experience setting up ebay stores. I’ve bought and sold on ebay for 8 years, but have never owned a store, so can’t help you with that aspect of ebay. Good luck!

Look up ebay drop off locations in your area. They can become your agent, hold the items and even ship them for you for a percentage. They will maintain your website as well.
