Thank you! I know you don’t "build" national parks, but they do cost money to "create."
National parks are natural areas preserved from development. They’re not like a theme park, where they take a bunch of swamp and build fake castles and roller coasters.
The most recently designated national park is the Great Sand Dunes in 2004, link below. Perhaps you can find government documents which will tell you how much the Congress appropriated for it at the time.

Since you have an earlier version of iWeb (iWeb 08) just use the "Export to Folder" option, and then upload that folder to your account with a 3rd party FTP client like Cyberduck http://cyberduck.ch/
