Is Worldwide Brands Over-Saturating eCommerce?
With popular physical product sourcing companies like Worldwide Brands on the market, one may pose the question: “If people are all sourcing products from the same suppliers, can I really compete in this market?” In this video, I discuss the current state of over-saturation of the internet, Does it exist? and How do you avoid it? Also, we discuss the size and growth of a directory such as Worldwide Brands Onesource and dispel the myth of an over-saturated product market.

Doba and WWB are …
Doba and WWB are quite different. The $497 price is both the directory and their education called “The Wholesale” (I personally think the videos are really good for beginners!). You can still buy WWB directory for $297 (one time). Doba is about $50/month (recurring) & all of the dropshipping is done on their site (rather than sourcing it yourself). That is convenient, but you will be paying a mild premium for that service. WWB=more effort, higher profits; Doba=great service, but expense.

If I want to start …
If I want to start off small (KISS) is there a way? I’ve checked into Worldwide Brands Focus and its $99 + 133 (for 3 additional months) which is $500. Would you suggest I start off small with a servive like DOBA for a fee months until I can bring in some capitol?

Yep, I agree on …
Yep, I agree on much of what you say especially when it comes to the eBay market, but the strategies of eBay are changing not because of the oversaturation of the products, but the marketing tactics that are instigated. Trying to price-war in eBay is a losing battle. eBay is really about lead generation & trust right now…and once you establish that (even as a loss-leader), you can now open eCommerce doors to the SAME products, at higher prices. People will pay a premium for trust. (I do!)

I personally think …
I personally think you over stating the whole marketing edge and downplaying oversaturation. While it may be true that great marketing is the key to attract buyers, it is also true buyers are especially savvy nowadays, especially on ebay. So if I am selling the same thing everybody else is selling, a buyer will reach a point of marketing oversaturation themselves, and will usually just look for the cheapest price when they see everybody is offering the same thing, no matter the marketing.

The key to what you …
The key to what you have said is: “it’s all about how you market the product”…This is why over-saturation is not that big of a problem. I will promise that for every product out there, there are probably only 1% of them actually successfully selling and marketing it properly. The trick is not to be the cheapest, it is to be the best marketer!

Nice video! If the …
Nice video! If the products do get oversaturated on the internet why not try making your own catalogue to market the products offline. The way i see it if the internet is oversaturated with the same products under cutting the prices on the leading selling products would still make sales. It’s all about how you market the products anyone can make a site and sell cheap products but if you market offline like in a catalogue that’s a hole new ball game. Thats how “Argos” Started Off. Thanks
