Who is the best website hosting company and software?
I work for a small business and we are looking to discontinue our relationship with our current website host. Our current host provides us limited access to website changes and charges us for any changes they perform for us. We are looking for a new host that offers design software and gives access to change the look and feel of the site. We also need an e-Commerce site linked to our main site. Since future website maintenance staff within our company may not be familiar with website creation software, we have opted not to use Dreamweaver, Frontpage, etc. Any recommendations?

Google for best web host. I picked bluehost out of that. Adobe Dreamweaver is the industry standard for building a website.

For a host I suggest http://www.drilikath.com for their hosting starts at 1.99 before any discounts or special offers. As for a program to design with, you have eliminated the best open ended industry standard programs already. Anything more simple is going to be more restricted and less able to handle your e-commerce needs.
