How can I supply ebay sellers with Wholesale products?

Hello
I have access to an immense amount of wholesale clothing.
How can I contact ebay sellers from other countries so that I can supply them with high quality and cheap apparells ??

I do it in various ways as some may work better than others.
1. Post it in eBay "Want it Now"
2. Post it as a Test Auction (in everything else catagory) but you will have to follow the eBay rules like having the line "Test Auction" and "Do Not Bid" in the title and content. e.g.
Title: Test Auction – For Wholesale apparells – Do not bid.
Content: Test Auction – For Wholesale apparells – Do not bid here. Only for Sellers who want to buy wholesale bla bla bla at low cost, good for profitable resale bla bla bla…please contact: Tel:…e-mail..
Set your auction start price as $100. If someone bids, you are not obligated to sell as it states "do not bid". If the person gives you a negative feedback, write to eBay nicely with your auction link. eBay will remove the negative feedback if you followed the rules.
Your intention here is for your potential customer to contact and negotiate prices with you.

    The only way I can think of is by contacting them through ebay and asking for a phone number then carry it on from there
